China “strongly opposed” Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday and said that he would never give recognition to this sensitive Frontier Province and the Indian leadership should avoid any such action which would make the ‘boundary question complicated’ Ho.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hua Chuing said in response to a question on Modi’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh, “China’s stand on China-India border question is consistent and clear. The Chinese government has never recognized the so-called ‘Arunachal Pradesh’ and strongly opposes the visit of the Indian leader of the eastern section of the China-India border.
“In response to the Chinese Foreign Ministry’s reaction on the website said, “China urges the Indian side to keep in mind the common interests of the two countries, respect the interest and concerns of the Chinese side, improve bilateral relations. Remain intact and refrain from such an action which increases the dispute or conflicts with the border question. ”

It is notable that China claims that Arunachal Pradesh is a part of South Tibet. India and China have already completed 21 rounds of negotiations to settle the border dispute.
Modi inaugurated projects worth more than Rs 4000 crore in Arunachal Pradesh on Saturday and laid their foundation stone and said that his government is giving great importance to improving the contact of the marginal state. Modi said that his government is giving importance to improving the highways, railways, airways and electricity situation which the previous governments had ignored.
