Bad Bunny and Drake released a collaborative single and music video titled “MIA” on Wednesday. The breezy, up-tempo record features Drake singing his ass off in Spanish, as Bunny follows up with a lengthy verse of his own. The visual sees the two stars enjoying a night-time block party, equipped with hookahs flashing lights, and tons of people.
This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Drake sing in Spanish, in 2014, the OVO lead man showed his linguistic abilities on Romeo Santos’s “Odio.”
Spotify has confirmed that Drake is the most streamed artist in the history of the streaming service, Billboard reports. Spotify crunched the numbers in honor of the platform’s 10th anniversary on Wednesday, and concluded that He holds the top spot ahead of Ed Sheeran, Eminem, The Weeknd, and Rihanna.
The milestone becomes the latest in a series of records smashed by the OVO lead man; this summer, he broke the record for the most streams in one week with his latest album Scorpion. The album also set the single-day streaming mark on Apple Music, coming in at 170 million streams.
