Aadhar verification will now be shared without any biometric data, learn how it will work

AS the Superme court has given the dicision  on the Aadhaar card  last week, So because of which now UIDAI has decided to change the basis of the verification procedures to overcome the problems of data privacy of the users. Now the offline verification tool will be used for the Aadhaar card. For this, UIDAI and the government are now considering providing QR codes and paperless KYC forms to the people. Since then, the usage of UIDAI server will be stopped and no need for biometric verification for Aadhaar card.

After the implementation of this new procedure, any Aadhaar card holder will not need to specify his Aadhaar number. This will not jeopardize the identity of the Aadhaar card holder and information about the names, address, age, etc. of users will not be stored near any service provider and can be made offline KYC. In addition to service providers, Documents Driving License, Ration Card, Identity Card and PAN Card issued from Government institutions will also be linked from offline basis.

As soon as the service provider has the necessary software, users will then be able to share their information with their service provider by sharing a zip file with their ID.

**3 QR codes will be issued for offline verification from Aadhaar print outs. Two of them will have demographic information and photos and      one will only have demographics. QR codes will be tamper-proof as well as the base card number will not be released.
